Shipping Policy
UK Shipping
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. We endeavor to dispatch orders received prior to 2 p.m on the same day in which they are received.
Free UK Delivery
If you spend over £40 you are entitled to free UK Delivery. These items are dispatched by Royal Mail for lighter weight items or courier service for bulkier heavier items.
Customised Bags
Please allow up to 7 working days for your customised bag to be delivered. We will endeavor to dispatch within 2 working days but in peak periods we cannot guarantee this.
UK Next Day Delivery
We will dispatch orders received for next day delivery by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier service. All deliveries will require a signature. We are happy to deliver to a work address if more convenient for you, please supply this at checkout. If you are out on the day of delivery you may be required to collect from a local depot. We will email tracking for all next day delivery orders.
European Delivery & ROW
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Due to the weight of some of the items we cannot ship all products abroad. If you cannot checkout with an item then please contact
Customer Service to request a shipping quote. Please confirm the items you wish to purchase and if you require standard airmail or a tracking service.
Delivery to PO Box addresses
As we require a proof of receipt we do not currently send orders to PO Box addresses.
Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Sorry, but we do not currently send orders to more than one address.
Lost and Missing deliveries
In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery.
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please contact our
Customer Services, making sure to include your Order Number and we will take appropriate action.
