Prices and Payment


All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit, cards debit cards and cheques. Manual Payments must be in UK Sterling (Goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared, please allow 5 working days)

Purchasing


All items offered on the website are subject to availability. Orders are not considered accepted by Bag Crazy until the order has been confirmed and the goods dispatched by Bag Crazy or their agents. Any transactions based on computer code other than the source code written by Bag Crazy or their agents will be void. Placing an order signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will notify you of the expected delivery date, in the event this is unacceptable, we will cancel your order and refund you your money.

Cancellation


You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Returns Policy


If you are not entirely happy with a purchase we are more than happy for you to return the item for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense. We will not be held liable for goods lost in transit. Until goods are received back in the condition they were originally dispatched, we cannot process a refund. If you choose to send your goods back by Royal Mail and they are lost in the post it is your responsibility to claim compensation from Royal Mail, we cannot do this on your behalf. Please email or telephone us to advise of the return.

After-sales Services and Guarantees


All products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. If an item you receive is faulty, please notify us and return the item as instructed. If after inspection, Bag Crazy agrees with your complaint, we will replace your goods or arrange a refund.
