All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Online payments are processed through secure servers. This is the most secure way to make payment. If you prefer to make a payment over the phone then please call us during working hours on 01823 430530 and we will happily process this for you.
All items offered on the website are subject to availability. Orders are not considered accepted by Bag Crazy until the order has been confirmed and the goods dispatched by Bag Crazy or their agents. Any transactions based on computer code other than the source code written by Bag Crazy or their agents will be void. Placing an order signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will notify you of the expected delivery date, in the event this is unacceptable, we will cancel your order and refund you your money.
You have the right to cancel your order within 20 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification (personalised goods), perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee*. If you are not entirely happy with a purchase we are more than happy for you to return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense. We will not be held liable for goods lost in transit. Until goods are received back in the condition they were originally dispatched, we cannot process a refund. *Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised goods as they have been made specifically to order. In the event of a product being defective, then we will accept returns based on the manufacturers guarantee. Please contact us in this event. Please see below for further details.
All personalised orders are made just for you. Bag Crazy accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Bag Crazy merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing quality) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.
After-sales Services and Guarantees
All products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. If an item you receive is faulty, please notify us and return the item as instructed. If after inspection, Bag Crazy agrees with your complaint, we will replace your goods or arrange a refund.
